Dairy-free Vanilla Ice Cream
Blend smooth:
1 box Mori-Nu tofu
1 can full fat coconut milk
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 tsp. powdered vanilla (or 1 tsp. liquid vanilla)
Pour into ice cream maker and process until it freezes.
