Graham Wafer Crust

This is used for the Uncheesecake recipe on this blog, but works well for other desserts as well.


2/3 cup whole wheat flour

2/3 cup white flour

1/4 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. coriander

3 Tbsp. Sucanat

Then rub in with hands:

1/4 cup olive oil

1 Tbsp. molasses (no extra)

Pat into a 9x13-inch pan. Bake @ 350° for 10-12 minutes.
